Oh CAAAAAAAAAAANADA. Seems that 12% of the Canadian population has eliminated wheat from their diets. This article discusses the plethora of area glutenfree restaurants and bakeries (not kosher, I’m betting) and states something that heck, I definitely find true in regards to our food bill:
A Dalhousie University Medical School study showed that gluten-free products were, on average, 242 per cent more expensive than their regular counterparts.
