Omission Beer Gets GF Status
Did any of you celiacs or gluten-free people ever think you could drink a beer made with malted barley again? Well, guess what. According to The Oregonian, Omission Beer has undergone stringent GF testing by the Celiac Sprue Association and is officially declared free of the proteins which have the unfortunate effect we all know and hate on celiacs and gluten-intolerant people because of an innovative process heretofore not discussed that removes enough of the gluten to test well below the FDA standard for gluten-free of 20 ppm.
Here is the video Omission put out on Youtube regarding their reasons for creating beer celiacs can actually drink and enjoy.
